Itinery
9:30 Meet up at the brewery, weigh out the grain and "Mash in"
10:00 Cup of tea and a chat about the grains and recipe formulation
11.00 Sparge and transfer to Kettle, clean the mash tun, sterilise the fermenter.
12:00 Lunch
Bars open, try some of our ales and recap on the day
13:30 ish... Chill and transfer to Fermenter, clean Kettle.
